The Basis of healing by laying hands and prayer is a quiet mind, authority in the voice and confidence in the heart. The person being healed should not participate in the healing (not visualize, not pray, not intend) but relax and receive. Speak directly to the issue, as if talking to a person, and command it to leave “in the name of the Most High” or whatever is equivalent in your culture.
